The Special menu lets you play audio files so that you can quickly browse and find songs on your computer. You can play AIFF, MPEG 4, MP4, MP3 files, and any other audio file that can be played using Quick Look.
To preview an audio file, simply select it in the Special menu. If the Special menu does not play it, you may have disabled previews. To re-enable them, click the Customize Previews button in the Menus pane of the Application Wizard preferences, select the ”Show previews in the Special menu” checkbox, and make sure that the ”Play music” checkbox is selected.
